I have Literally never had such an awful experience in a salon. First of all- they didn’t bothered doing the deep conditioning thing even tho I paid for it in my Groupon...
Then they guy who cut my hair looked to be about 70 years old. His hand was shaking he whole time - I think he had Parkinson’s...
I asked for 1/2 an inch and he took off 3 inches - even though he promised me he’d listen to what I told him;( then when I came home and looked in the mirror I realized that there were tons of pieces that were uneven. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. All in all a really bad experience and total waste of money. Don’t go there!
Groupon should seriously refund me for this.
