PAY ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS-The owner of this establishment was extremely rude and disrespectful. The other ladies at the shop are great, excellent work. The owner work is sloppy and her attitude was and is always unprofessional. She gets upset when you request a different tech. Never again. RUDE RUDE RUDE

I really did not want to leave a bad review, but after years of trying to give this place a chance, I felt compelled to share my experiences. This salon is extremely unprofessional and they change prices and policies constantly. (They allow some some people have to use a debit/credit and then force some use the ATM). In my most recent experience, I was charged $8 to fix ONE nail- after it broke off from their manicure 5 days prior. They then informed me I had to pay cash- when I said I did not have enough cash on hand, the technician perched up, looked over the table into my wallet and said “I see your money right there- how much is that, huh?” I then informed her it was not enough to cover the bill. To top it off, they purposely did not file or buff my mail, and did the exact opposite shape I asked for/on the rest of my
Manicure. Extremely disappointed on how they choose to treat their customers, especially customers who have been using their services for years.

Eh, pedicure was fine. Just yet another salon that refuses to take credit/debit! They make you use their ATM so everything is cash, sketch. I know some places that don’t take card, but will at least do cash app, PayPal, or Venmo, but they refused everything besides CASH. This needs to be stated on their door in bold letters or they need to communicate before service bc I don’t support a business that’s trying to be sneaky.

hands-down (lol) the best nail salon in the Richmond area! have been to places that have quite literally burned me, but the gals at lily's would never! everyone is so sweet & considerate. great atmosphere & wonderful staff!

Service was terrible today! I picked out 2 colors with a glitter to go over top. I was informed from the start that each additional polish after the first one, even if it’s just sparkle to go over the main color, would be an additional $5! This is RIDICULOUS. I have never been charged extra at any other salon to do one nail a different color, let alone to add sparkle. I was also quoted a base price for my acrylic fill of $25. “$20+” was the quoted price in their menu (for regular polish and no “add-ons.”) My technician, Linda, could not tell me why I was charged the extra $5, but she did make a scene in front of the other patrons. My $20 manicure came to $35. I was ripped off today. Whether that was in line with the salon’s actual policies is debatable, but the horrible customer service was enough to keep me from ever going back.
