I have been coming here since March, when I received a gift certificate for my birthday. Since then, Blue Harbor is my go-to spot! Susan, Kimmie, and Nancy are so incredibly kind; they make you feel quite welcome, but they are also absolutely professional artists who know their craft. I've never had a negative encounter! Always great prices and a welcoming environment. Make this your new spot to pamper yourself!!

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but when a service is THIS bad, you HAVE to! IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD. My daughter decided to have her acrylic nails done at this salon for the first time. From the moment she walked in, customer service was horrible. When she returned home, one of the nails broke right away. She went back in to get it fixed, with an adult with her, and the lady yelled at both my daughter and the adult that was with her. My daughter kept explaining what she needed fixed and the lady continued to cut her off and treat her horribly. The adult stepped in to try and help and she was also yelled at and cut off while speaking. The entire conversation was recorded by another customer in the salon because it was SO BAD. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Love this place. So clean and nice inside and everyone working was so sweet. Usually shellac doesn't hold well for me but this has last a while, definitely going back.

Extremely bad service I got my finger nails and pedicure done pedi was simply a joke it was done by an orderly lady by the name of Vicky they charge $ 25 for half an hour I checked the time she did the whole thing in 15 minutes .its simply wastage of time and money .i do not recommend it to any body
Worst service and they keep on talking with each other continuously in their own language
