Like most of self care appointments, they are always in a pinch. I drove up to Vox hoping the salon could take a walk in that second, and they were able to. I was greeted by the usual salon staff and hand off to Winston. He was great. I had a conference call to be on and was totally fine with me doing that while he silently directed me through my gel manicure. Once I was off he was very polite and nice and did my nails exactly as I liked. I will definitely be returning. However VOX - your phone number wasn't working on google so you may want to fix that.

My daughter had her nails done here. 1st time at this location, the tech Kathy did great! Very nice.

VOX Nails Spa Nottingham is my favorite local pampering place. My manicurist does excellent work on both my feet and hands. I feel so relaxed when getting a pedicure. Their prices are very reasonable. I have been to many other places in town, no other place compares to VOX Nails Spa Nottingham. Just make sure to make an appointment, they are so good at what they do

Do not go here. I attended this salon because my normal tech was unavailable at another salon. I had dip on my natural nails, usually square round. I wanted almond. The tech inferred he understood and began shaping on my right hand. By the time he was done, I had no nails left and they were shaped round! I expressed my disdain in a courteous manner. He continued to the other hand and left nails ON that hand, still shaped round. I spoke to someone else they told me to just add tips. I do not like tips nor had I intended on paying for such. He sent me to another tech and she was fix my nails. She also indicated they would call the owner to see if they could offer a discount. The owner declined and tried to offer a $15 gift card on a future visit. If course I'm never going back do I declined. I paid $75 total, way more than I ever spend!! For something I didn't even want. And the tech never apologized😡😡 Not to mention, 1 of my tips have fallen off🤬🤬🤬 it's been 4 days!!

This place is extremely overpriced for the quality of service. The only nice people are the receptionist and one nail tech, the rest of the nail techs are extremely unfriendly, never smile, and have bad customer service! They fee you to death and you end up overpaying for nails that aren’t even done that good. The cost is $15-20 more than other nail places. I will never return to VOX!
