Worse experience ever I tried to go back and ask to speak in private about my concern and owner stood in my face and screamed at me refused to listen refused my money back my daughter has homecoming and has no time to go anywhere else and her nails were completely butchered. They did not pull out clean tools to use on her hands I am so furious that a business owner would even act this way in front of customers when I tried to speak quietly in private. Go to this place with caution you were warned. I will be posting photos on yelp as well

Went there for my birthday present it was divine loved it service was very nice excellent nice and relaxing my nails and my toe nails are beautiful

I've tried giving this nail salon so many chances. I always tip no matter how many times they mess up and today was my last straw. In the middle of them doing my nails, they rudely told me to go sit in another chair. As I waited, they continue to do other customers nails, although I had been waiting before them. I've been waiting for an hour now, sitting with unfinished nails. Disappointed once again. Don't bother coming here.

If you are after a pedicure, this place is great! However, if you would like a manicure of any kind this is what you can expect: A rushed staff that will bounce you from person to person, a manicure that will only last for a few days and if you go to get it fixed - you will leave with nails that are much worse than when you walked in. In addition the manicurist is fairly rough with you (my nails cracked - and this was the first manicure in a few years so my nails WERE nice and healthy). I am sad to say I have been coming there for years for my pedicures, but I will never return simply because of the unprofessional and rude behavior I experienced from what should have been a simple manicure.

The worst customer service and the worst quality of any nail salon I've ever been to....,
I have went to this salon 4-5 times over the past 5 years. I'm now posting this review to help others from a stressful nail experience. Even though this is the closest nail salon to my house, I will go to my favorite Island Nail Salon on McQueen and Elliot or try the one across Cooper for my first time.
I have posted 54 reviews on Yelp and this is my first negative review. So I'm not an online complainer unless it's so bad that even the owner/manager is ugly towards clients and from their attitude it seems they don't care about their clients
