I have gone to this salon sporadically over the years - only when I couldn't make it any of my favored shops. However, yesterday 6/10/2018 I had the worst experience of my life. I got to the salon at 4:30 - plenty of time for my $30 pedicure (though nothing about the pedicure made it stand out from an $18 one - other than the extra cremes they applied at the end). In the past the on;y person I allowed to touch my nails was Ms. Hannah, so not sure if she doesn't work there any more or what. At any rate, I was desperate, so I went with the person I was assigned to. I won't spend a lot of time on her, because what upset me the most was how she rushed through the polish and didn't allow each layer to finish drying, then rushed out of the door at 5:50. I was put under the lights to dry my toe polish, but at 5:58, the woman in charge told me I had to leave. I explained to her that it was only 5:58 and that my polish was not dry. She insisted I leave, pointed to the clock and said it was 6:00. I smeared my polish as I was stepping into my truck. She and the other worker had already sped off in their car so I couldn't go back in to get my polish fixed. I had to wear closed toe shoes on Monday and then Monday evening it was storming, so I've decided that on Tuesday I'll just go somewhere else to have my polish redone. This is the worst case of customer service I've ever experienced. And for those who think this shop is so great, you REALLY probably don't have many points of comparison. Also, the woman who did my lashes once put so much glue on them that my naturals lashes came out. I will NEVER return to this shop. I suggest you try K J Nails near Rockbridge and Memorial or Nail Trap on Wesley Chapel.

Tim is one of the best nail prefessionals here. Ive tried some of the women and I have tried the brow waxing as well. Not my cup of tea. Tim takes his time and makes sure the nails look natural, form to your natural nail bed and is very gentle. Tim gets a five star.

I love going here. The workers are always nice and I get the same nail tech each time so he knows exactly how I like my nails.

The nail technician continued to use gel without asking the customers. Then tried to make them pay extra $10. 😕😕😕

I got my nail done 3-4 weeks ago n they won't come off I work wash dishes n all
