Terrible service, very rude management. The place is run by a husband and wife. The lady did my nails leaving some cuticles uncut, gaps between gel polish and cuticle, and inconsistent length of nails. When I asked her to correct these things, she did them. But next time when I walked in to make an appointment, just because it is right next to where I live and because of my two little kids it is convenient to go to somewhere close, the man didn't even bother to turn and come up to ask what I wanted. The woman was doing somebody's nails and she raised her head, saw me and continued as if no one entered. I waited to see what they are going to say, she directly said "I am busy now". I told her I wanted to make an appointment for the next day, she said she wouldn't be available and asked me to call back. So I did next day, the man answered the phone and said she did not want to do my nails and I should find someone who does a better job than her. Strange, isn't it?

New to the area so was unaware that they did appointments only. Walked in and the guy was too busy changing the tv to acknowledge me at first. Then when I told him what I wanted he just replied with, "No". Then proceeded to tell me it was appointment only and that they were busy...there was literally no one in the salon. Not just a few people, not just one person, nobody. So claiming to be busy at the moment seemed odd. There was also a strong odor of mothballs.

Sooo people that have 9-5 dont have the option of coming during the day plus having to run to the daycare. I arrived at 615 to a lady sitting and eating and didnt acknowledge me. I told her I wanted a pediacure. She goes

The man rushed doing my nails, they are chipping, and one of my thumbs nail is bigger than the other.
