Food was delicious and the atmosphere was great! we sat at the bar and the six of us ordered appetizers, entrees and drinks. everything came out at the quickly and at same time which was amazing since they were busy on a Saturday night. The service and food were both great!

Very busy restaurant in the evening but that's just because of the food is so yummy. When I went I ordered the Calypso wings which are exceptional, along with greens and cat fish, Which were also good if you like fish. A friend had the oxtails and I wanted to eat his food to!.

The mango glazed chicken wings use to be the size of normal wings, however, just bought some today and they are the size of premature chicken wings. Too bad they don’t represent the traditional “islander” hospitality. Definitely not your money’s worth...

Good lively environment. Very popular. Great rum selection. The food is good but not great. The rice and peas seems to have sitting all day and was stale. The ripe plantains were fantastic.

Wow! All I can say is WOW! I love warm waters, white sandy beaches, sun, cool vibes and reggae music...but I live in Seattle where we have ice cold water, rain, epic mountains, Starbucks and some of the best non-reggae music in the world so it’s awesome that Island Soul has brought the Caribbean vibe and food to The Emerald City. I lived and sailed in the Caribbean for a year sailing from Trinidad to Jamaica so I’ve had some personal dining experiences with authentic Caribbean foods.
Island Soul is on par with some of the coolest and best restaurants in all of the Caribbean.
I’m a vegetarian and ate the Vatapa-Tofu which is a yellow curry that was fantastic! Enjoy!
