This place customer service was horrible. I have been here before and dropped $240 in the VIP section. I decided to give them another chance today and the customer service was horrible once again. I advise you to find another place that appreciate you spending your money with them.

Friendly, accommodating, talented! Ask for Cody. He does an awesome pedicure, and some of the best pink and white nails I have ever had done. The products are great, too. My nails NEVER break, and I don't go easy on them. Cody makes them look natural and perfect. Oh, they also have complimentary wine! 😊

Want to like them so bad . I’ve gone here 3x and have spent a lot of money since they are considered a “Spa” and not a salon so they are more upscale . My nails have lifted and come off each time . The quality of work is decent, slightly better than a regular cheap salon . The paint job I had could’ve been better for $30 . I had faith that they would be worth the money . I spend about $80 on average here for a fill in and a pedicure so you KNOW I’m upset when my nails are lifting after ONE week or even a nail pops off after 7 days like y’all are too expensive for that .

This place has TERRIBLE customer service and I’ll NEVER return here!! The workers weren’t friendly, just stared and didn’t say anything; except to each other. The individual we dealt with was Lena. When we got there, I asked her about services for children and her only in her reply was “ they get the same as everyone else,” which was unacceptable to me since this was my child’s first time getting a pedi. So I told I didn’t want her to use utensils or scrubs on my child and she just said okay and rolled her eyes at me.
She also did a mani with a design afterwards on my child’s thumbs; however, the design came off the very next day. So I took my child back, not before calling to let them know what had happened. They told me they would redo it. When we got there, Lena came up to me fussing that “I’ll do it this time, but next time...” I then told her she had a bad attitude both days we were there and that we would never come back there!! She shrugged her shoulders and said “ you don’t have to come back, you can go somewhere else.” I asked her who the manager was and she said “I don’t know,” which I knew was a lie. I asked someone else and they told me his name, but I didn’t bother calling because I was very disgusted and didn’t want to deal with them anymore. Hence, the reason for my review. Additionally, I got gel nails and they begin to chip a couple of days after it was applied. I understand gel nails are difficult to remove, but more of the gel began to chip and were easy to remove by peeling the excess gel off. What a waste of time and money!! Just terrible!!
I don’t generally write reviews, but I felt the need to this time. I have a problem patronizing ANY establishment that provides poor customer service and products. I spent lots of $$$ while here, but will never return. The only good thing I can say is NOW I KNOW!! Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who cares anything about receiving good customer service!!
