Sherrie was trying to give me auburn highlights, but "borrowed" a product she'd never used before
and ended up turning my hair bright red/pink striped. She said it would wash out or she would fix it. It didn't wash out and looked terrible. I politely texted Sherrie to tell her about my hair but she ignored my texts and would not return my phone calls. This, after I'd been her customer for two years! Not even a professional call to say that she was not obligated to make it right or return my money and tip! When the owner refused to help in any way, I decided I would never go back to Dinah's Style. Sure do miss Dinah!!

Tami (who does nails) is the best! Friendly service and affordable prices! Call ahead to book your appointment because Tami is usually booked out!
