We were the only ones in at the time. I got a full set with gel polish (not a lot of colors to choose from). Nails look ok, didn’t file them down to well, have bumps/humps in all of them. They aren’t shaped well, a few were filed way to much on one side so they appear crooked. Friend got regular gel polish on natural nails and within 3 days almost all her polish had chipped off. Definitely not worth the $60 we spent. It was almost like they were rushing to get us out even though we went an hour after they opened and were the only ones there.
Update: a week later all my acrylics are peeling up/falling off and my friends gel polish was completely gone by day 4. So I lowered from 2 star to a 1 star. Definitely go elsewhere...

Gave a low rating because staff was not welcoming to customers even though they were busy. Waited at the counter approx 5 mins before a staff member looked up & I was asked "What you want today?" My reply "I'd like to get a full set with gel polish." Staff reply "Okay pick your color." while quickly walking away. I asked if I needed to sign in; got a nod for "yes". Being objective I'm going to look at it as maybe they thought I knew the routine however, this was my first visit to their shop. No desire to return.

At first I thought my pedicure was ok but the awful manicure blinded me from what my feet looked like. I’m sure a lot of people say they aren’t picky, if which I am not hard to please. I asked for a new set with coffin shaped nails. The nail tech got done filing the first hand and each nail was a different shape and completely uneven. I asked her to just file them more to even them out, but she decided to unglue the nails and start over. I was ok with that, but once again they were AWFUL so the male nail tech over and said they can not do what I wanted and to go somewhere else. I said ok, and my nail tech then clipped all of the tips off 🤔 and said to once again go somewhere else. I gladly left.

Whenever I visit they always have service with a smile. They do exactly what you ask for and are professional and friendly. Also they keep their store clean and beautiful. The prices are competitive and fair as well. Bottom line you can count on Nail Care to care about your experience in the store.
