I left a 5 star review 2 years ago. But the last 2 times I’ve come here, I’ve been disappointed & I will not be returning. The pros are- they’ll get you in quickly, they have lots of techs. They also have lots of colors to choose from & the shop is very organized.
The cons- the last pedicure I had was not done well at all. I had to come back later that day to show them. The same tech “fixed” it, but it was still an overall bad pedicure that didn’t last long AT ALL. (This instance and the one below are only a week apart- so the pedicure didn’t last long AT ALL. I mean it looked like I did my own feet after a few days.)
I received another pedicure on a different visit which was much better- she even used a tool that the previous tech didn’t use. BUT, it took FOREVER. My nails were done long before the polish even began. I told her for each foot that “It’s fine” for the lotion part bc she was taking so long. Each time I said something. She & the nail tech had something to say in their native language. I just feel if you’re so big & bad, say it in English. & stop being a coward about it.
I also got a fill in. Asked the tech if I could see the shape before she finished filing. She said once she’s finished. And when she did, of course I didn’t like the shape. That was the whole point of telling her to let me see it.
The nails were so crooked & dull at the ends. I told her that, she tried to fix it but by this point they were ruined. At the end, I expressed my disappointment again. She tells me I should’ve cut them. I told her that had absolutely nothing to do with it because they weren’t even dull like that before the fill in. I normally get my nails done but techs that specialize in Acrylic nails, but I figured a fill w/ gel wouldn’t be too much to ask for. CLEARLY I was wrong. So I know for a FACT, it was the FILING that made them so dull. She even told me with the coffin shape that I shouldn’t cut them when we first got started. $80 wasted- minus the long pedicure.

This place was packed when I came in (on a Tuesday morning) I was sat down right away and worked on in a timely and efficient manner! Jimmy did my toes and he was amazing! Best pedicure I’ve even had, hands down. He took his time and it felt so good!

Damaged nails, bad paint jobs and surly staff. Please go somewhere else! I've been trying to love this place as it's my local and they do have a few older ladies who are excellent. The rest are young, petulant girls with atrocious attitudes and worse skills - Mi is the worst. Enough is enough - so somewhere that has skilled staff and great service, because this place sure doesn't.

Usually my go to but will re think after today. Arrived at 2, sat down 20 min later, then had to move halfway through my SNS- mani-pedi from my chair to a table. Way too many people, felt like I was in a heard of cows.. takes the relaxation out of the service. Felt rushed and that they were just trying to cash in on the volume of people today. Normally an excellent experience but not today😐

Came here for the first time and I will definitely return. The manicure was great and I received an awesome massage during the manicure.
