DO NOT LET A WORKER INTERRUPT YOUR BEING SERVICED JUST TO MAKE A PAYMENT. WAIT UNTIL SERVICES ARE COMPLETED...then pay.
Jan 2020 my daughter and I went. Lady named Ahn was wonderful! Id give her 5 stars! Reason for 3 stars.. the other lady who did my daughter's nails..tho she did good on her nails.. she was not nice about payments. Ahn was in middle of doing my nails and the other lady made her drop everything and stop because the other lady wanted me to make payments right now and she would not wait until after all services were finished first. Im seeing this more with nail salons and I do not appreciate interruptions while be serviced just so a payment could be made.

I love my nails when they came out it was a decent price she spent well time on them and the ombré was even and she asked me about everything and was willing to listen to everything i said. The place is quite small, could use some cleaning but overall a decent nail place and would recommend!!

My mother and I had pedicures and manicures at Donna Nails. Everything was very rushed. There were not very many shellac color choices and the sample nails were painted poorly. Neither my mom or I had our cuticles trimmed, even though we paid for both services. My nails were painted okay but the service itself left a lot to be desired. My polish also came off in less than a week when shellac typically lasts me at least two weeks.
