Always a professional job. And staff has always been friendly to me. Based on other reviews, the bad reviews, maybe everyone has a different opinion of professionalism, but sounds to me like some people are over the top picky

Terrible. After my pedicure I had to walk barefoot to the manicure table. I asked for towel to place my foot as I was not offered disposable shoes. My fingers were placed in bowl of water, no soap. (I get manicures at other places so I’m familiar). Then, my cuticles were not trimmed so my nail polish doesn’t look finished. This place was so dirty I hope I don’t have a fungus!!

Worst pedicure I ever got. I'm a licenced cosmetologist myself, and I noticed first of all they didn't use cuticle softener on me... she made my nail bleed! Also burnt my foot with the hot rock.... barely rubbed my legs and my feet are still dry! Worst part of it all, I saw two people just wash their tools with soap and water... they did not disinfect the tools!!! You can spread diseases if you don't disinfect your tools.. they didn't even clean the pedi bowls out and took another client!!! Eww!!! Also Lily I think her name is, was really rude when I "asked a question" to the girl doing my pedi, Lilly butted in and smarted off, then they started speaking their language. I knew they were talking about me. I won't be back!

I have been to numerous other saloons and they ruined my nails! There isn't anyone better than Paula and Tina they know what they are doing! I will never go anywhere else!

Friendlier staff is needed. An older lady talked on my phone the entire time she did my nails and put no effort into the design that I wanted. It looked like a child did my nails. Also a younger girl did my nails and talked to me as if she were better me, and used way too much acrylic powder causing my nails to look bubbly and uneven.
