Getting both my sister's nails done for prom. The ma'am Erika P. was Drinking, answering personal phone calls & blowing her nose without washing her hands. She was the only one with the messy station. This was indeed my sister's first time getting her nails done. She had cuts on her fingers from rough filing. Supposedly "Her skin will bleed because it's her first time." The ma'am did cut her nails too short after the length my sister did wanted & said " it's too late because its too short" let me remind you that.. She hasn't put any acrylic on the nails, yet. We had picked out three different gel colors. There was a bold, shimmer & light specks of glitters. As the ma'am was applying the gel polish to the nails. She told me that the glitter isn't going to show up because they're specks. & of course, that is why we had chose that kind of glitter because my sister didn't want anything too flashy. The ma'am wanted to show me & I'd respond that I had seen it on the display nails. But she kept telling me to give her my own hand & she polished the glitter on my index finger. I, myself have a set of nails on too. It wasn't necessary to do. She could've done the example on a tissue. Overall, it was unprofessional. My other sister was next, & by the same person. As she getting her nails dry from the UV light. The ma'am had gotten up & opened her can of food. My sister's visit was a disappointment.

First time there , got my nails done by Erika. Very VERY VERY bad and poor service. She was super rude to me , and very aggressive. She messed up on the lengths of my nails, my nails are all different sizes . Yes , I asked her to fix them and she said they are fine. She did not fully cover my nail in the acrylic powder and liquid ... asked her to fill it in and she said it will look “fine” ... so she continued and painted them.. My tips were not colored.. and i asked her too and so she slapped on a layer that is literally dried on the other layer (not evened out) .. I nicely still asked her to fix it and she said she wanted to go home .. with still an hour before the shop closes .... and then i have nail color and acrylic is literally ALL OF MY FINGERS ( and she said when i shower it will come off ) Looks like a 2 year old did my nails .. After refusing to fix any thing i asked I left with no option.. I called back and spoke to the manager and she said she can’t do anything because she didn’t do them , and i could come back tomororw . I explained I don’t live local is there anything else i could do ? And she said no the lady left and i could come back. I explained once again I don’t live here , could you fix them or do anything for me .. she said no i can not , we don’t do refunds , and she’s gone so you can’t come back today , you have to come back tomorrow ( keep in mind i don’t live local ) .. I said okay and she hung up. I decided to call back to get the lady’s name to FIND OUT SHE BLOCKED MY NUMBER. So i call off a different number and she hangs up immediately. Definitely getting these removed asap , waste of money. Posting pictures on yelp and facebook.

First the fact that they use disposable liners for pedicures is a big plus. Came in for a pedicure and the lady who did my pedicure was very nice. She did a very good job and was gentle enough on my very sensitive feet. I definitely will return for my next pedicure here. And will recommend this place for a pedicure.

This place will not get a star from me.
First of all the wait was too long. I got acrylic nails with gel. The lady that did my nails was Kaylen. She did an awful job. My gel polish started lifting and the nails where chipping on the edges the third day they were done. I went back to get them fixed she had the nerve to say the gel lifted because the nail broke on the edge. REALLY?? I been getting my nails done for years and I know when nails are done right and they where not done right here. I will not being going back.
