The nail salon wasn't too crowded and in terms of safety and sanitization it was good. I typically went here before the covid it locked down it was happy to get back to the shop

My spa pedicure took all 15 minutes. I was disappointed

You call , they tell you to come in. You come in, they tell you to wait 35 minutes to an hour. You come in 7:30pm when they close at 8 and they are already packing up and they tell you to come the next day. Just like you work , I work too. Someone that has be coming in faithfully and tipping you generously should not have to go through this time after time. I don’t understand as to how you keep customers when all you care about is money over customer service. I’m taking my business elsewhere along with the people I referred to this place.
