You can tell that the tools they use are not new or clean. They did a horrible job on my nails because the colors on some of the nails were lighter than others and I did them for vacation and they literally came off a week after I got them done, while I was on vacation…

As a person who gets her nails done regularly. I have to say this place is disappointing. It is located close to where I live so I gave it the benefit of the doubt and have gone back a few times, hoping it was just a random bad time but it was not. I have gotten the S&S dip done here several times, in different colours and Ive always notice that it cracks very quickly. Sometimes after a few days even. Ive brought it up with the manager and he says that I'm the only customer who has ever said that. However, when I go to different nail salons this never has happened.
Another instance, I got my nails done in a white/nude color, and the top coat was contaminated with someones red polish, and naturally the color transferred onto my nails and changed the color. When I brought it up with the tech, she brushed it off and did not address it. Wait times are generally longer than they say, even if you make an appointment. Had an instance where I was very displeased with the service and did not tip, and the owner chased me down the street to demand that I tip, even for the awful job done on my nails. Ive gone to this place about 7/8 times, and have finally given up despite the convenience. Save your money, and find a better nail salon. The prices may be slightly less than other salons, but its really not worth it if you have to get your nails redone sooner than later.

Jenny is amazing! I use to live in brooklyn, followed her to this salon. I recently moved to jersey & I still come out to bk to get my nails done by her! She can do any style I give her! The whole team is phenomenal ❤️ I highly recommend.
