The owner of the complex Nate is very generous and was able to show us the apartments that were coming in the near future. We’re very interested in the apartments complexes and looking forward to be moving in September!

Beautiful apartments for a price. There history behind the building influence the amazing design for the building. It went from a run down factory to a amazing place to live.

I moved in with me and my girl and it's been a pleasure. They did a favor on short notice and gave me an apartment that already had a deposit on it. They are very easy going cool people who show the apartments. Place is beautiful and I'm very happy

Our apartment has tons of flaws and I don't recommend living here. Our heating system is unbalanced, one side of our apartment gets very hot but then another bedroom is freezing cold. Most of the windows fit poorly and are drafty. Some have light admitting visible air gaps. Our smoke detectors go off if we fry an egg but the weed smoke smell creeps in from other apartments even though we supposedly live in a "smoke free" complex. We complained about it, we all got letters in our doors but nothing actually changed and we have to walk through hallways that smell like marijuana. Our dishwasher didn't have a silverware rack when we moved in. Most of our outlets are flawed, plugs fall out if you don't bend the prongs. For what the rents are here, I'm surprised and disappointed. We rented here in an emergency situation because we have dogs and had a major renovation we had to complete quickly because of water damage. After living here about six months, I'd never recommend my apartment to anyone, especially for how high the rent is.
