EDIT- At the bottom of this wall of text was my first review here a year ago. Things have really changed and not for the better. My personal experience with one employee is in the next paragraph. I’ve had many great experiences with other employees, but this one has always been rude and now I will have to find a new salon.
I went for my last manicure at this salon because one of the employees rushed though my appointment while also taking a long phone call and unboxed a shipment in the middle of my appointment. I didn’t complain or rush her because I wanted a specific design done that I knew was time consuming and I wanted to be patient out of respect for her time and effort. She finished my appointment without doing the nail art and then crossed her arms like I was supposed to lay and leave. When I asked her about doing the design, she started yelling at me and told me I told her I changed my mind - obviously that didn’t happen. She continued yelling at me and refused the artwork which was the whole point of my appointment for Halloween. I wasted money on something I didn’t even get AND I tipped her still. That’s the last time I go there.

I love my experiences here! I go every two weeks to get my nails done. The staff is always friendly and do a fab job!

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE....I just called to find out what the cost is for a mani pedi and the girl told me $30 and I asked if they had any specials as other places in the area are advertising mid-week specials. The girl told me about a package they have for a lot more money (NO SPECIAL) so I asked again what the price is on a regular mani pedi and before I even finished asking, the girl yelled at me on the phone - I JUST TOLD YOU $30. This is no way to talk to a potential client and I can't imagine these guys will be in business for much longer, there are many nail places in the area much cleaner with better rates and would love your new business. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this is not a good business and hopefully they will be gone soon.

The place is bright, fairly clean, and in a good location. The nail product offerings are vast and excellent but...
The customer service is dreary and uninspired. I walked in and expected to be greeted - but I was only met with some blank stares. I asked for a manicure and pedicure, which went relatively well, even if these services were conducted by two of the saddest manicurists I've ever encountered. My nails chipped within a week, and I fail to remember anyone smiling, even after I tipped (hoping a little over 20% might cheer them up). No one even said bye.

Rude. Primp and Polish around the corner is much better with similar pricing.
