I would have given a '0' if possible! I have never had a manicure that hurt. Until yesterday that is. I should have gotten up and walked out (my bad). The guy doing the manicure didn't CLIP the cuticle but PULLED. My right index finger was still bleeding when I left. After washing my hands I payed my $15.00-wasted money-and left. I would never recommend this place to another person!!!

If you love yourself please don’t go here. The man working on my nails didn’t care about what he was doing. I bled, my nails were not square, some nails literally were crooked, and the gel was not smoothed out to be even so it has a wave to it.
I had to go to another nail salon to have them fixed because it was so bad I started to cry. (And I’m not even a feminine person I don’t have my nails done but once in a blue moon. I cried over nails y’all. NAILS) I should have taken a picture of how bad it was but was caught up in a panic and crying I was in a hurry to fix them.
The other ladies looked like they cared more about their clients I may have just had bad luck on this.
I won’t be back, the other parlor fixed me up and I feel better. I’ll be back to that one.

Avoid this place at all costs. My fiancé got her nails done here and they were so rough with her nails. The pads of her fingertips were raw and bleeding for days after because they filed so aggressively. Her cuticles were raw and bleeding. The nails didn't even look good! When she took the SNS off there was holes in her nail underneath from were they had completely destroyed them. It's not like she had brittle nails to begin with. She rarely gets them done.

The tips of my several of my fingers under the nail are raw and bleeding from the rough filing and the shaping tool my used. Several of my cuticles began to bleed also. They were so rough when doing my nails 😔. They seemed to be in a huge rush to get to another walk in customer.
