I was a previous nail customer but stopped going due to rude and rushed service. The owner Shayla is good and WAS professional if you can get her at times but her staff not so much. She is often over booked and does not follow through. I have been waiting for hours before with no apology so I no longer will give her my business for nails at all. The quality is not great either especially for the price and rushed service!! I now have been trying to use a lash voucher before it expires this month because I already prepaid for it...that I purchased months ago and kept getting the run around that owner is on vacation, or will call back to schedule, and every time I call back to schedule u am told she is all booked up etc!! Worse service ever and it has been MONTHS I have tried to get in so that i can use the voucher I paid for and be done with them completely!! I Would never recommend them for anything after this experience. I wish I would have known better before spending my money on a lash voucher with them.

I have been here twice now with Shayla and she has done a phenomenal job. I was referred by a friend to go to her for the dip nail, and I am so impressed with her professionalism and the services she provides. My nails are always beautiful and I will continue to return!

Today was my second visit to Lavish Nails. Jonathon was my technician on both visits and I am completely satisfied. He explained what he was doing and why and he confirmed the length and shape of my nails were exactly what I wanted. I got a pedicure and a dip nail manicure. The price was a bit higher than I have paid at other salons but my nails were done perfectly both times and worth the extra money to know my nails would be perfect!

Their pedicures are ok- but I've had gel polish done there 3 times and it was a poor job each time. The first time they insisted on polishing my nails at the same time I was having a pedicure done, which was uncomfortable. I didn't notice until after I left that the polish was uneven, so some nails were darker than others. Most recently I went in to have my nails polished for a job interview, the next day a few of them had begun to become discolored so I went back to have them fixed & when she redid them, the polish was so thick toward the tips and thin toward the cuticle they just looked gross. I just went somewhere else and had the polish taken off. So disappointed.

I love this place. The owner, Shayla is a wonderful business women who knows how to run her store. She will always make sure you have a great experience. I've been coming here for 2 years now and every time I leave happy with my service. Her staff are respectable and the atmosphere is relaxing. I will always recommend Lavish Nail to anyone wanting any kind of beauty services.
