Got a pedicure here, it was amazing. They are sanitary, and they are careful and know what they're doing. They are polite and friendly to their customers who are also polite and friendly. I don't know what all these reviews are about. Paula is the BEST, and she's hilarious too. Highly recommend.

When you do business with them remember you're going at your own risk. They DO NOT Care about the customers, therefore make sure you are very familiar with the technicians that service you, make sure they clean the spa you use as well as utensils. Me personally will NOT be going back there, I can't spend money with MF'S that don't care about me when it comes to spending my money for their service, in their place of business. This is one place that I consider to be bad for business & I can't see how the manager/owner can watch a customer come back after bad service & NOT try to help fix the problem. It's all about the money with them. BAD BUSINESS! BAD BUSINESS! BAD BUSINESS! I wouldn't recommend this place to a "dead man walking" if you catch my drift.. By the way I give them 0 stars, I had to click one star to post my review.

So I always get my nails done in Chicago but I decided since I was in the mall and my sister goes here I would try them out, I wanted a fill in & one of my nails replaced, I got in the chair the lady looked at my nails and started speaking with another lady(I’m guessing about the length of my nails) my nails were long and coffin shaped so she asked if I wanted them cut down if so it would be $47 I said I didnt want them cut she said ok it’s still $47 because your nails are long I was confused & I questioned it but I was still willing to pay but when she was about to start she stated “you don’t have to get them done here if you don’t want” with a slight attitude so I politely got out of her chair and left the shop. No one else even volunteered to do them for me b4 I left. I honestly believe she didn’t know how to go about doing my nails which is all she had to say. So the 1 star is for their bad customer service.

Instruments are not properly sanitized. Poor quality manicures. Come here if you want an infection...

Unprofessional ... My 6 yr old wanted a manicure and peticure. The guy who did it did everything in the chair she was in and she was sick of sitting for 20 mins and he kept coughing all over her hands and feet. Will never be back here for her or my self. Far from professional and with a 37 dollar price tag!
