I had an awful experience here. I went here for the first time because of the atmosphere and convenience of the location, but sadly their customer service and quality of work is awful. My nails had the polish smudged before leaving and it was corrected at that time but I still returned because they did the same within an hour. The manager told me I didn't have to come back if I didn't like their services. Told me I had to be careful with my nails, even when eating a meal causes the freaking polish to come off. He was rude and I got rude too! I wouldn't have left a review if he would have handled the situation better. Poor customer service gets me everytime and he doesn't have it. I won't be returning.

Beautiful place. Disappointed in the quality of fill in Michelle had done. Wish more pride was taken in doing a better quality of work. Overpriced than the regular place I go by $12. I thought I try somewhere new, unfortunately very disappointed.

Went in here without an appointment about 30 minutes after opening and they were able to take me in right away. I got a simple gel manicure, which came out amazing! And Tim who did my nails was awesome, really attentive, and he made sure my nails were perfect before I left. I will definitely be coming back!

I went in for a pedicure yesterday. The lady doing my nails ripped the side of my nails off on both my big toes. It hurt to say the least. Then she squirted lime juice over them which made them sting. Well I woke up this morning with a very sore big toe and puss coming out the side of my nail. I will never be returning.

the lady with a Asian decent was very rude!!! I wait almost an hour and a half to get my eyebrows done. At the last minute,being at tho I was there for so long decided to get a gel set-when the lady told me I would have to wait even more!!!O no so I decided to pay for the eyebrows and leave.then the lady had the nerve to start yelling and speaking to her customer about the situation!!! Like really, the lady should have been more professional!!! if you decide to go there, only see Rachel, shes the best!!!
