Don’t claim “Walk-ins welcome!” If there’s no one to actually handle the walk-ins and get deferred to a couple days later. Really wanted to like the shop, but that’s enough of an experience to not come back.
Edit: Thank you for your response, I changed it to a 3 since I wasn’t aware of the mandate in place. Please get rid of the main photo that walk-ins are welcome, for the time being, and pin your post about the appointments on Facebook since that was dated back in May. Future clients that almost strictly use the web for guidance on quality locations will appreciate! I’ve only been in this state for a few months.

My Fiance worked with Elias, and WOW! he was amazing!We live 2 hours away, and will be making regular trips to come see him! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I 100% recommend Elias as I believe he’s one of the best barbers in town no doubt. He takes his time on each cut I’ve gotten from him and every single visit he gets better and better.

They take their time with with your haircut. you should make a reservation though. I went in with the thought of how I wanted my hair to be and they nailed it perfect. I can go get my haircut every 60 days!
