I gave them 3 stars because they don't seem too happy with you if you ask for a basic manufacture. I get better customer service from the manicurists when I ask for a full set or gel. Their cashier or manager is always super sweet tho

Horrible service today. I had to tell him twice to trim inner nails, he cut me twice and didn't even use a pummace on my heals, so they are not soft and smooth but scratchy and dry and I just left! Glad I used a gift cert, cuz I went be returning.

This is the best nail place to go to get your nails done I just got my done there last Friday they have nice staff there

Poor job and poor service. I got a mani and pedi. Polish is not even. I keep finding spots of polish on my skin and even underneath my nails. My pedicure was a little painful too. After all that I wasn't even offered the massage chair to be on. Maybe an extra charge? Lol Then when I went to pay I gave my debit card and the man seen I had cash and requested cash! Never again!

Worst nail service I’ve ever experienced!! Literally the whole place smelled like fish and they were playing the same Vietnamese pop song over and over on a reel for two hours all of my cuticles were cut open and bleeding and my skin was buffed until it was raw I will not be returning
