These people do not take time when doing your nails and it honestly felt like a rush job. I could have done my nails AT HOME ten times better. Most other places will take the time to clean up your nails at the end of there is any polish on the side anywhere, but don’t expect that from this place. No conversation whatsoever with the client and instead of taking my cash at the register (the lady who’s name I don’t know because she never mentioned it the entire time she did my nails) she stood by the drying machine and said ok are you ready to pay?! They are fortunate I was in the area and my mom needed their services and I decided to get mine done as well, because I will no be back due to the fact I no longer live in this area. If you’re ever in Concord and want a GOOD QUALITY nail salon with good technicians and excellent customer service go to Belle Nails and Spa inconcord on Market St.

They do a nice job it's just like every time you go back the price is different and another thing I don't like is that they're very demanding when it come down to a tip like you finish my nails first and I will be happy to help you but they say tip first I need my tip you give me tips

If I could give less than one I would. I went in on a friday and the people who work there have a problem with yelling at the customers and arguing with customers. I had them take off my nails which in the process she snagged my finger nail and it bleed out. Painted my toes which 3 days later began to chip and look really horrible. Sucked her teeth when I asked her to clean up the eyebrow a little more because she didn’t waxed all the extra hair off properly. Let’s not talk about my nails told me 55 then 65 because if the length which she should’ve said before even working on me not at the end of my visit. Which 65 dollars wasn’t worth it because she cut my right hand nails to short then glued back on what she cut off ( the owner) how ridiculous a total of 111.00 to waste I only went here because it was Convient then had the nerve to ASK for a tip a tip you shouldn’t have to ask for not make a customer feel u see pressure to do so especially if you yelled at the customer and didn’t do not even half of a good job. I don’t care if they are the only place open in a holiday and I’m in desperate need a fixing or repairing or anything I would never in my life step foot in this shop ever again my god.

This is the best nail shop I've been to in my 32 years of life. The owner is a very stoic, appearing to be rude at times, but very professional and talented woman. All of their services from eyebrows, to lashes and pedicures. This is truly a one-stop shop.
