Terrible... my full set was horrible. Tony did them. 8 out of 10 nails were glued on crooked...4 were not the correct size for my fingers. The file was uneven and one nail split my real nail two days after due to not enough product. I went back the old man was rude and refused to give me my full refund. I will never go back and hope I dont get fungus since they dont sanitize their files.

I love going there, the staff is friendly, its very clean, and they do an amazing job!!!

Got a gel color manicure done. Very little manicuring, most time spent on gel color. No soaking/moisturizing of cuticles, minimally buffed, quickie application of hand lotion at end. The color has held up for 10 days with no issues. If they spent as much time on my hands as they did the polish, it would have been great. Will not return for this service.

Went there because it was the closest I could find. I went in for a gel fill, she doesn’t even finish filing my polish off before she starts on someone else’s nails. She put on my gel, didn’t finish letting it harden before she made me switch people. The next person did not reshape my nails after applying the gel and just beings polishing. The polish did not finish hardening before they were saying goodbye to me. My nails are now rough (due to lack of drying) and misshapen. Would NOT recommend to anyone who is in the Norwich area and doesn’t want to drive very far.

Awful experience overall, I have 2 nails that are infected. In the 15 years I've been getting my nails done I've never once had any sort of infection. I waited over 30 minutes while 3 employees sat there on their phones, chit chatting with each other. The woman who did my nails didn't speak to me the entire time. She then proceeded to use her own fingernail to push away acrylic from my skin and ended up breaking the skin and now both nails are infected. This place is terrible.
