The atmosphere is relaxing and the manicurist are always pleasant. I travel from Roseville just to have my services done here. They are always done right everytime. I've never had any issues! Excellent service & products!

I gave this place a try again, and yet again I was disappointed. The man who works in the shop is sloppy, quick and careless. I paid for the same pedicure as the lady next to me and she is still going, while I am currently sitting under the dryer unhappy. She was here sitting with her feet in the spa tub prior to me coming in. I asked him to clean up the polish on my skin several times, and also asked him to fix the spot he missed and he painted over it which left it lumpy. I will not be back. This is the 2nd time I have come here and left unhappy. They are priced more than other shops in the area, the service is mediocre and their polish selection is minimal. I would not give any stars if I could write a review with none.

Made an appt and my lady left had to wait 30 min for her to come back and she was pissed and did not apologize. Very unprpfessional and literally the most PAINFUL manicure I've had, I'm convinced she was purposely making it hurt cuz I was almost in tears, she PULLED off my dip nail and I felt like my entire nail was being pulled off! Also this place is unsanitary, re use stuff for multiple clients without cleaning, eww. Save urself the trouble and go somewhere else!!!

Mintgs ago in my Yelp review I raved about this place, and I'll do it again here. Very, very friendly, and they want you to be happy. Beautiful manicure (she cheerfully fixed one when I smudged it) and the pedicure was the best. Amazing foot/leg massage, although no sea salt scrub. During my pedicure, the manicurist came over and added another coat of clear to my fingernails, "to make them more shiny," she said. This is my place now, hands down. Oh look, I made a pun :)
