I always have a great experience when I go to Shakti! Candace always cuts my hair and is super friendly and awesome and does a great job! I also had my wedding hair and makeup done here which was a great experience as well. The staff are always so kind and welcoming. I love that they use Vegan/Cruelty Free products as well as organic products which is what brought me to their salon in the first place. Thanks Shakti :)

The staff was very nice and kind. Unfortunately I was not pleased with my trial updo for my wedding. It is not even close to what I wanted. I also wanted a trim and myself with very short layers in my hair. I also had a makeup trial scheduled after my hair trial but when my hair trial was done I was told I would have to schedule the makeup trial at another time. Maybe the girl didn’t know, but it was kind of a bummer.

Linda cut both my wife's and my hair. I am not picky about my hair but both I and my wife feel like we received mediocre to marginal hair cuts. My wife also had high lights done. Color applicator person was generally sloppy. My wife had color on different parts of her face that were not removed while she waited for the color to set. It was a nice facility but the personnel did not seem to live up to the place's potential.

My fiance went to get a simple mani pedi here but came out very upset when two workers looked her up and down and said "I wouldn't give you a pedi, but I'll give you a mani". Never in my life have I heard of a salon/spa giving anyone this kind of treatment. I've seen people with some nasty feet and nails get a pedi no problem at other places. If you don't want to touch people's feet get a different job, don't disrespect customers by saying you won't touch their feet.
I brought my fiance to a different salon about 5 minutes away and they had no issue with a mani pedi. I'm astounded by the lack of professionalism and will never return here.

I had Can appointment to have a color with Margie, Cut with Kaylan and wax with Nina. Somehow my cut with Kaylan was turned into a blow dry. I was rescheduled to have my haircut on Saturday with Kaylan. I appreciate that however I did pay for an extra blow dry and my hair was not looking really good when I went to a special party.
