First visit to this salon after a long winter. Nails and toes were completely horrific looking. Environment was very clean and attendants were extremely welcoming. Attendant worked and smiled the entire time. I am sure he was thinking.....WOW....WHAT A MESS!! Thank you!!

Went in for my sister wedding, the staff was incredibly nice, did a fantastic job on everyone's nails and even went out their way to accommodate drink requests.

Called and asked if they had availability to get my acrylic nails taken off in 15 minutes and they said to come right in. I get there, all the nail techs are full and they said it'll be a couple minutes. That's totally fine. I take a seat, and 30 minutes go by and I am still sitting there and have not been acknowledged... I get up and say I'm leaving, and the guy sarcastically says he's sorry and I leave. I wasn't offered a water in the time I sat there, or was even told it'd be just a couple more minutes. Nothing. When you're busy, you don't book people in and have them sit there. Nails are supposed to be relaxing and I was quite annoyed. Not even a coupon to make up for the time I sat there, waiting... I come here often and will not be returning.

Every time I go in I get exactly what I ask for. They are quick, efficient and nice.

Nails stayed on a long time, nail techs were very sweet. I called beforehand to ask about pricing and somehow after I got them done the price was $20 more
