My first experience with Diva nails was not bad at all, although it is overpriced. $45 for a regular full set... (that's the service I received on Saturday) That's ridiculous! Anyway, I do not remember the nail tech I had but, it was the only male nail tech there. First off, I asked for coffin nails and received big square blocks for nails. Secondly, the technician "warned" me that because of the length of my nails, they would not last more than a few days to a week and will break. I've had the same length nails for years and I never have this problem. (If he feels like his acrylic full sets should only last a few days, he's probably not that talented) Anyhow, one of my nails broke within one hour of completion by simply opening my car door. I called immediately but, they were closed. On Monday, I called the salon and spoke with the manager, she was very helpful and her customer service was outstanding. She told me to come to the salon later that day to receive a full refund for my nails. When I arrived at the salon a few hours later, the manager had apparently left for the day so unfortunately I was greeted by the man who did my nails a few days prior. His customer service was terrible! He had a bad attitude and was super rude, as he walked up to me at the front door, his first word to me were, "The manager is not here. what's your problem was with your nails?". I showed him my broken nail and tried to explain the details to him but, I could not get a word in because the nail tech kept shooing me away with his hand, walking away from me, and telling me "I told you so". I planned on returning to the salon at some point and trying a different tech because I liked the salon itself but his terrible customer service left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be returning anymore.

Their decor is simply amazing! I love the way the tech was able to style my powder gel full set exactly how I wanted! So wonderful and the staff here is amazing and sweet!

I just recently visited this location to have individual lashes done for a photo shoot and Easter Sunday. I was told that, "they will last for 2-3 weeks." I visited on a Tuesday, by Saturday evening I was missing more than 70% of the lashes installed. When I called Monday to see what could be done about me getting them fixed- at no cost, since I paid for the service & what was promised, I was told, "we will see". I guess it makes since for why it was such a "deal" on the price. I will never visit this place again.

This is a clean salon, and the staff treat you well. Some staff are so popular, that it is recommended that you book an appointment at least a week in advance (i.e. Anna). The prices are competitive for the area, and you get what you pay for.

Update: I scheduled an appointment with Anna and when I came in she was unaware and already had someone. I had told the manager specifically I wanted Anna to fix my nail because I like the work she does. It was made to seem that she would squeeze me in, but then another person "fixed" my nail. The quality wasn't the same. Anna didn't even bother to explain anything to me! The manager just left to buy a cake for someone! Keeping customers happy is not their priority. Don't go here. Got the acrylic dip nails and Anna made them really short for me. They feel light and secure. Everyone was friendly and the price was reasonable.
