Great service and very professional staff. I went in for an acrylic nail set removal, which they only do in this store and in Nail House of Brickell in the Brickell area... ( Don’t go to Nail House of Brickell, they are the worst, the service is terrible, the staff is mean and they don’t do walk ins even though the staff is free and is instead chit chatting and gossiping ) ...anyways Brickell Nail Bar did a good job, the service was delivered efficiently, the place was new and clean, and the staff was nice. I recommend it 100%.

Worst job ever! My nails chipped and bubbled the next morning I got my manicure and they are not willing to do anything about it. Their managers are in Vietnam and they don't know when they're coming back. So apparently there isn't anyone that's really running the store or knows what's going on. Don't ever go there for a manicure worse service and nails will chip the very next morning. Don't waste your time or money

Avoid place. Go somewhere else. My wife and I went here recently and at the beginning everything seemed nice. We were asking to wait until the next person was available. After checking the prices, my wife deciding on the deluxe package for her feet and nails which was around 50 dollars. The guy that started doing my wife's nails was nice at first. About halfway through her treatment, the receptionist asked to charge me for the services and it was $116! They then closed the register because the store was closing soon. While my wife was finish in my up, the same guy insisted on giving me a massage( 4 times asking) so I let him. After the 7 or so minutes, his wife goes to the counter and brings me a charge ticket of $30.00! I was confused. When was this massage a charge? How can you charge someone when the register was closed? Go somewhere else. Don't make our mistake. You can find the nail salons with better service everywhere

I wish I had read the reviews before coming. This was one of the worst pedicures I had in my life. Unfriendly lady did a very rushed pedicure (I was done in less than 25 minutes) and pricked one my fingers while cutting cuticles. It hurt, and the whole experience was the opposite of relaxing. The price is also not what is on the price list that is online. Avoid this place!

Employees are rude, made an appointment and after 15 minutes of waiting I asked the person at the front she completely ignored me after picking a client who had come in after I had. Will never come back and would never recommend it.
