20+ years as satisfied customer at this salon and I always let them know it. Today was awful. Requested SNS, but my regular tech was off. Amy was my tech today and the result was horrendous. Manager Donna was not there to witness my experience. It was bad enough for me to go to another shop to salvage the awful job Amy did (they were closed). Amy has been a tech there for a long time, but SNS is not her skill set (she kept messing up). Totally wasted my money and my time. I am steamed.

I have never had a bad experience every time i come in this shop. Mimi is my nail tech and she does a wonderful job.

I had been here once before and it was good however, this time was horrible! They cut my nail beds down too much. I let them know midway through the manicure and they continued. I finally told them to just leave it and polish my nails. I asked for gel polish. The polish was uneven and way too thick. I told them I didn't like it and they refused to correct it. They also made me pay the full price for the service even though I was not happy with it. And after all that, these nails started to peel up after only 4 or 5 days. I'm not rough on my nails so I'm not sure what the issue was. My gel manicures usually last about 2 weeks. I will never return to this nail salon again.

I will never go back to this nail shop. This is my second time going and using different nail techs each time. I got solar nails both times and my nails didn’t last a week before they started lifting and popping off. Now I don’t live a hectic life to where my nails would take a hit so this happening twice is a problem for me. I have never had this issue before I came to this shop. I’m definitely looking for another nail shop .. ASAP

Never EVER again will i go back to this salon! I got my nails done on Tuesday and by Wednesday i had a nail pop off! Then i had another nail that lifted! My finger was sore and very painful. I went back to have them fix it. Never did i ask for a discount or refund. But she (the owner) let me sit there and then told me to come back the next day because they were closing... which should have been the first thing she said to me after i walked in the door instead of asking what i was getting done today! Everything is great... untill they mess up! Then no one wants correct any mistakes.The owner could have DEFINITELY handled the situation better!! I will NEVER spend my money at that place again! I LEARNED 2 THINGS TODAY. (1) NEVER PAY IN CASH. (2) & FROM NOW ON... ONLY GO TO BLACK OWNED SALONS!
