I've been going here for years now. They are polite and always do an exceptional job. The hot stone massage with a basic pedicure is extra awesome!

I went there yesterday for a pedicure and I was okay when I walked in the door BUT when I went to sit, I noticed that it wasn't really clean enough for ME. The lady rinsed out the foot tub but I swear I thought it was dirt in there when I looked down. I immediately took my feet out and said it looked liked dirt floating around. She showed me the powder she used and it did have black specs in it so I accepted it. After she finished my pedicure AND my feet is still in the tub she starts to rinse off the scrubber and the step stool. Who does that!!! Again, I had to immediately remove my feet The overall appearance is not clean enough for ME. I will never go back BUT I must say that The lady who did my pedicure didn't do too bad. She deserved a thank you.

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE. THEY ARE THE WORST AND THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO ANY OF THE SERVICES THEY OFFER. I WENT IN TO GET A FILL AND THE LADY WHO DID MY NAIL COMPLETELY MESSED IT UP. MY FILL WAS BULKY LIKE A BEGINNER WHO DO IT. SHE DIDNT PROPERLY FILL AND BUFF MY NAILS AND THE ACRYLIC WAS SOOO BULKY. MY NAILS LOOKED WORSE THEN THEY DID WHEN I WALKED IN. SHE BURNED MY PINKY AND RING FINGER ON MY RIGHT HAND TWICE AND CUT MY THUMB. ONE OF THE OTHER LADIES WAS ALSO ARGUING WITH A CUSTOMER WHO DIDNT LIKE HER FULL SET. THR CUSTOMER WANTED TO STOP THE FULL SET AND THE NAIL LADY FORCED HER TO LET HER FINISH AND GOT MAD WHEN THE CUSTOMER TOLD HER SHE STILL DIDNT LIKE IT. THE LADY (who's name was PATTY) WAS SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE AT ALL. PLEASE I RECOMMEND NO GO TO THIS PLACE AT ALL!! WORST SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED FROM A NAIL SHOP.
