Horrible. I was in a rush Sunday morning and needed a manicure asap and this place was closest to my house. Kim, the owner, did my nails and was screaming in Chinese over the phone the entire time. She then pulled out the tools to clean my cuticles and they were visibly not clean or sterile for that matter. When I brought it up and took my hands away she mumbled something in Chinese. My manicure ended up chipping by the end of the week. Never again. Had a much better and cleaner experience with flo's nails down the block.

Alert !!!! Worst place ever been too ...i a bad morning decided to go get my nails done n stopped by here was the worst place I ever got my nails done the owner is the the one who did them n didn’t shape my nails right she just slopped the acrylic on cut my nails while they where wet instead of before I was there for almost 2 hrs before work when I said I had to be at work in a few she then didn’t wana finish them right n said well I have to go n I told her I don’t care I’m paying for them I want them done right she the. Sat me with another person to paint them n he even looked at them like they where bad he knew it n didn’t say anything cuz she was right there he looked at me n said I kno u only have to pay 10$ I look at him n cried he just stopped right there n said I’m sorry n let me leave I have had bad experiences with nail places but this is the worst of all I couldn’t believe they wouldn’t do anything to satisfy me before I left it was like they didn’t even care about there work I never write comments on places I dislike but felt like I needed to for this place before someone goes n wastes there money n time here

worst $30 i’ve ever spent. my tips came out terrible. they aren’t even, the edges are not straight, didn’t cut my cuticles, and made my tips do short that they look like nubs. the polish starts very far from my cuticles and she left my fingers and nails a mess. service was terrible. she did not want to admit she didn’t do a good job. never coming back here, wasted my time and money. she offered to “fix” them but could not trust her to make them look at least somewhat good the second time.

Made an appointment for Jimmy but the woman on the phone didn't take down my name and number! So when I walked into the salon they said I didn't have an appointment!! VERY DISAPPOINTED! Make sure to book your appointment while in the salon. The woman that answers the phone is an idiot.
