Had a pedicure and left with rough feet and toe nails to long poking into my other toes. I even paid extra for the paraffin hot treatment. I didn't like when they were talking in a foreign language, when I asked what they were talking about they just stared at me.

I completely agree with the reviewer before me. I've been there on/off again for years and today was the first time I actually felt like writing a review because it was SUCH a great experience. Michael was really kind/patient with my ground in dirt summer sandal heels/toenails and made them look beautiful without me feeling badly about it. Nor did he pressure me to upgrade to another experience.. Believe me you - I left a good tip - but I was thankful to not feel rushed and couldn't be happier with the current state of my feet! Maybe I won't have to drive to Kennewick anymore for a great experience!

Very impressed with this place. I came here about 2 years ago and didn’t come back until now. I will come in more routinely after today’s visit!

Attention- this place is no longer Divine Natural Nails and Spa. They are called Diva Nails and Spa. They went under new management a year ago. And the customer service and results were SO MUCH better then the experience prior. My daughter insisted on not going here but I had a gift card so we did. I am grateful for that because the new owner is so sweet, patient, he will immediately start using your name once he knows it. He helped my daughter have a great experience for her birthday. I am so happy with the results.

Would not recommend I was burned multiple times from drilling too fast and in the same spot for too long on my nails. They were left very lumpy and looking like they already needed a fill. They had a promotion for free gel polish and they didn't coat my nails entirely, when I lift my hands up you can see that it needed another coat because it's still see through. And on the back side of my nails theres globs of gel polish. I paid $37 and was charged additionally for the shape of my nail but on their pricing board the shape I got wasn't included in the additional charge. Would not recommend and I will not be going back definitely recommend Nail Fantasy.
