Came in on new years, wanting a full set. The lady kept looking at the clock and said they are very busy and she had an appt at 1, mind you they close at 3. So i felt that even if she spent an hour on the other perons nails that would leave another hour. I cant come back on the weekday as i work 8-5. I walked back by because I needed to buy things from Wal-Mart. Well when I came back buy there was 2 women standing there wanting a full set. This was before 1. I'm confused but guarantee I will NEVER come here again and will be happy to see their ratings drop. Worst customer service ever.

I have been getting my nails done here for many years, every time I come in they are wonderful. Each time no matter who has done my nails or pedicure here it has been perfect. I have had every one of the artists there at one time or another, and each one takes time and makes sure it is done perfectly. I am really picky, and they are true artists! They are a wonderful family, kind and professional. They work hard, and they always stay on time. Thank you So Much!

Went in as a walk it, very friendly and family like atmosphere, they seemed to know everyone that come in by first name. I enjoyed my experience and will be going back.

I went in to get a gel polish manicure done, the lady was really nice, I believe her name was Lisa. She made good conversation and was polite. However my 38 dollar gel polish started to life after 3 days. I called and the lady said "come in and we will fix it" I asked if I should make an appointment and she said no just come in. So I did just that and when I arrived, I got no greeting everyone just staring at me. So I addressed why I was there and the lady said oh yeah you're the one that called (in a very rude manor) I said yes I am, she then rolled her eyes and looked at her clock and asked me to come back an hour and a half later. Mind you I asked if I needed an appointment for this very reason, she assured me I didn't. So I very politely said that wouldn't work as I have a family at home and I don't have 3 hours to spare to fix their mistake. Then her partner looked at me with disrespect and said (she told you to come back later) I then said "excuse me, I would be embarrassed that someone even had to come back to fix their nails st the price I paid, and to treat ME with disrespect is disgusting" And I walked out. It would have been COMPLETELY different if they would have said "oh my gosh I'm very sorry for that happening, I assure you we can get it fixed right up, unfortunately we're super busy at the moment is there anyway you could come back, my mistake we should have made an appointment"
This place needs to work on there customer service 100% also maybe they need higher quality gel polish as in other reviews people had the same issue.

Da Vi Nail's in Walmart in grants pass the lady jennie did a great job i paid 41.00 for the full set of natural acrylic's but after only 1 week 3 day's the gel polish lifted and peeled off so I went back the next day and paid to have it redone that was 15.00 the same thing happened again it lifted and peeled 4 day's later which was 3 day's ago on the 8th so I went in an it was time for a fill so the guy with tattoo's did them he did them very roughly made my cuticles bleed and they were terrible looking crooked and such and I still had to pay 38.00 . I kept the nails on till last night on the 10th I had to take them off because my finger's hurt so bad and their red. I went in today on my work break and told her that my finger's hurt and were infected and demanded a refund because I had enough with the poorness of their product and jennie said they don't issue refund's and they weren't infected and that she would do my nails again for free . I will not be going back there again and I would advise you all to do the same!!!!!
