Horrible service. Went there with a friend trying to get manicures, the girls were so rude and disrespectful.. I definitely do not recommend this nail salon to anyone. Horrible just horrible

EXTREMELY RUDE , YELLED AT US. Came in and sat for an hour just to be helped . Lady said she had an appointment so she couldn’t do my nails so she was waiting and as the appointment didn’t show up she helped other people who came in after I did. I didn’t mention that there were workers on their phones who could’ve done my nails in the mean time . Attitude and rude. WOULD NEVER COME BACK. On top of that , when you ask for your money back BELKIS was yellin saying she wasn’t going to take them off because she doesn’t take off the work she does . IM NOT LYING WHEN I TELL YOU SHE WAS YELLING AT US AND HER COWORKER AND HAD AN EXTREME ATTITUDE.

Read fully please. You might get stuck ith Andrea and please refuse her. Place is 100% terrible. DO NOT GO HERE. Girl did my nails terrible. First girl to do my nails finished a pedicure and did not bother washing her hands. I repremanded and she had an attitude. Made another girl do it because she was hungry? Like seriously? Not my problem. Dont agree to do it then be like that. Then left me in the chair for 5 minutes waiting while i still needed to get home for work.Then the other girl literally cut my finger and had me bleeding not caring much for my health issuses or sanitation problems and kept going trying to cover it but I'm bleeding. Then did my nails all crooked they look like dollar store nail job. And before that, she took out her phone to play music having me wait for an extra 3 minutes for her to find the right playlist. Then when i come in barely 5 days later, she says i have to pay $10 to fix it or wait for the owner. I shouldn't have to pay for your terrible job. I'm a cosmetologist, i know proper nails and customer service and theirs was terrible.
