Awful, awful costumer service. They treat people with 0 respect. There are plenty of other nail salons in Derby who would treat you better and do a much better job.

Been going here for several years. When my teenage daughter goes in to get the same thing she always pays $25 more than me. I always ask how much before I get my nails done because it is never anywhere close to being the same price every time. Today i left with it being $15 more than what she said and my nails look horrible! I am headed to have someone else redo them. I hate to leave a bad review but she wouldn't listen to me when I told her they looked terrible and weren't drying.

Horrible! I walked in today and not ONE person said anything to me for over 30 min. And they weren't even busy! A guy was sitting listening to music. I made eye contact with him several times and not once did he, nor anyone else address me. I eventually got up and left! Customer service is horrible!!!
