I was very happy with the quality service I received the moment I walked in. The staff was very helpful and made the buying process very pleasurable. 'm telling you right now. Go somewhere else. This dealership isn't worth it. Apparently finance manger has great relationships with banks & the exact words of a car sales man by the name of jayden states "he knows their presidents & can make it happen because he's the best at hertz."
Well only if a $480+ payment on a used toyota corolla is making it "happen" then yeah he's your guy!!lol Money spends anywhere and i'm taking my business somewhere else where they actually have experienced people. WASTE OF TIME.

I recently purchased a used car from this facility. Ade greeted us promptly and professionally. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and laid-back. His accent is charming and his humor is enjoyable. I wish that buying a car was always as pleasant an experience as Ade made for us. I would recommend him to anyone.

First, car was great, working, clean, no issues there. Got to schedule a test drive and see the car easily- no issues there.
Buying the car is a WHOLE DIFFERENT STORY. I thought my car salesman was the issue at first but after having to come in I realized it was not him and it is the hertz policies and finance department.
If you plan on paying cash for a vehicle expect it to be 100% difficult. They only let you put 3,000$ down total on a debit credit card and then expect the rest in money orders (completely crazy).
Their website also says they deliver within 75 miles and when I asked for delivery they said they could only do 50 Miles and then they said they could only deliver 2 weeks after I purchased. So basically they don’t do delivery.
With all being all being said they stayed an hour late to get my car but still a process that should take an hour took about 5 because of the roadblock polices in place.
All in all if you want a car here (great cars great prices) expect it to be a ton of work.
