Use to be my go to place but not going back after the last 2 experiences. Got my eyebrows done and the girl left them really thin. My nails were all mest up. I could have done better with the walmart bought stick on nails. After pointing out that there was a black spot in the middle of several of my nails the man just said oh no it's fine. Nails were crooked. The man was rushing them. I can go on but that's just a bit of it.

Omg I love this place yes they are always packed but I honestly would wait the line or call n make an appointment but the service is great an my nails lasted me a month b4 one fell off I know that over long with nails but hey they were cute I loved them

I gave a one-star because I had to give a star in order to comment but I did not like this place at all one after I told her my nails was ugly she continued to do it gave me the wrong color and then it look like when you pave in the damn ground or something. Don't like it don't go.

I really like this place. I’ve been going here for over 10 years for my pedicure and eyebrows. There are two shops that are connected in the back but the entries are in either side of the corner at Zang and Jefferson. “Model Nails” and “BB nails” For a pedicure, go to the Model Nails side for a pedicure and use only Lai or Cindy. They are sweet and do a great job. If you like your eyebrows thin you can go to the girl on the Model Nails side. The girl on the BB Nails side seems to do a much better job at following instructions.

Friendly. Got lots of colors and powders but they need more skilled techs. Wait for Cindy or go somewhere else.
