I gave it 2 stars only because they do have a large selection of products, and hair but the staff at beauty town is extremely rude I've lived in the neighborhood my entire life and they've always been rude to customers including the "manager". Also there are so many things in here it gets difficult to move around especially on a busier day which is most of the time.

Staff is even helpful at giving tips, well professional. Store owner very helpful as well. Thank you all so much for your support, guidence and personal opinions. Thank you staff for giving us beauty supply store lovers a huge selections and affordable prices....

They aren't THAT bad with customer service, I just wish they would greet people, but then again not many people are used to that so I guess it may not necessary. I like to purchase my products online, but being that I needed something rather quickly, I made a stop. They usually have popular brands for front laces and quite a selection hair care products so you're bound to find what you're looking for....for me its an experience however and they lack that, A+ for effort a buyer/floor man in the lower level has an attractive personality, but he can be touch and go.
