I cam in on May 24th which was the day before my graduation to get a new full set with gel polish. The very next day my polish started to peel off. I noticed it while I was in line waiting to go sit down for my graduation ceremony. I was pissed. This has never happened to me before but please believe I’m coming back to get the color fixed and I won’t be spending any more of my money.

The pedicare was RIDICULOUS. My feet were soaked in water...then removed, a little calus removal was applied to the heal of my feet.... That soaked for a second and was removed. Cuticle oil was then applied to my legs and feet... My legs were rubbed longer then my feet. (I Then asked would he be uaing ANY of the scrub stuff, he said no)Then a hot towel was added to my legs and ankles, followed by the drill being used to clean my cuticles... A slight shape up of my big toes were done... I asked him to stop so that I could pay and leave. He could have cared less...only thing he said was do you want clear polish.I said NO and he said ok 21 dollars... I am very...very upset and will NEVER return!

I was so displeased with the nail tech work. She first made my acrylic so thick my nail beds look like fake press ons that was extremely big. The women did not understand me when I was telling her how short I liked my nails. My finger has a burn marks because she did not know how to file without cutting my skin. I made her stop and I’m disputing my credit card charge. I will never go back their again
