Great customer service fast and easy the staff there are very knowledgeable about the services they provide they went out of their way to help me set up my new phone and transferred all my pictures and contacts they were very patient and friendly I 110% recommend this location!

My dad and I went here intending to buy a new phone for my brother. We were disappointed but not surprised to find that the 2 workers had little to no knowledge on the phones and fees. While the worker who initially spoke to us and explained the fees was polite, it was obvious she was no expert. The worker at the counter who was going to check us out sat disinterestedly and told us that we were required to buy insurance for a phone we were paying in full for. When my dad eventually decided to cancel the order, he was then asked to say his pin out loud in order to cancel, in front of other customers. I don't believe this reflects on Cricket as a whole, only this one store that is privately owned. Overall, we were disappointed in our experience.

Initial sales person spoke so fast I had to ask her to stop, slowdown, and repeat what she said. Then she passed me onto someone else.
Everything went fine until she tried to tell me I HAD to have product protection for at least a month on a new phone. She also tried to say she could not reverse the charge for it. Both claims are completely Untrue. Fortunately I knew she could not force me to have product protection and insisted to not be charged for it... She reversed the charge.
I will Never use this location again.
I will say Cricket as a service provider is great. It is the Authorized Dealers you need to be causious of. My advice visit Crickets web site and familiarize yourself with their policies.
