I used to frequent here and really loved how my gel nails turned out. In the last 6 months the skill level of their employees has been inconsistent. This last visit will probably be my last unless I call and make an appointment with certain techs. I asked for my nails to only be trimmed and showed the tech the length of one nail as an example. She cut all my nails short. There is polish on my skin (which I know will eventually come off) and the polish does not even go to my cuticle on some nails. Lastly, they are filed unevenly. I think what bothers me the most is that each tech is not at the same skill level. If you're lucky enough to get 1 of 3 great techs then you're set.

I have returned many times for gel nails because they are fast and friendly. The salon is very laid back and i enjoy that kinda atmosphere. I always randomly get the guy I am not sure his name but he is fabulous no need to see anyone else !! I have also brought friends with me and they had a great experience as well..

This place is horrible. The girl with the long straight hair need to be terminated. She was talking with another girl about drinking the night before, so I guess she was hung over. Extremely rude & got rough with me because I wasn’t holding my feet in the position she wanted me too. I have a lower back injury with nerve damage, so maybe that was causing me not to be able to hold the toe & foot positions she wanted. I have never experienced this complaint before. She did a poor job of trimming away dead skin & caring for the nail cuticle. No time spent on heels or other rough areas. This is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Don’t give these jerks any of your hard earned money.

Literally the worst!!!! I’ve had nails for 15 years and this is the worst salon I’ve ever been to! Rude and unprofessional!

Customer service is horrific. I had made an appointment and when I showed up they didn't have it on the schedule. They made it sound like it was my fault. Weren't even nice. I will never go back.
