I don't normally write reviews but I had a horrible experience at KT nails. I will not be returning to this salon.
I went as a walk in to this salon yesterday morning. My nail technician rushed my fill in. My nails were uneven. I left with nail polish on my hands and a small spot of blood because she was rough when taking care of my cuticles. My nails chipped yesterday night and again today. Normally when I get my nails done they last 2-3 WEEKS without chipping. 2-3 WEEKS. These didn't even last 24 hours. If you can go anywhere else to get your nails done please do.

Great Salon! I was welcomed by everyone when I walked in, everyone was friendly. My nail professional, Lina, was beyond sweet and understanding as I asked to change my design from what we originally discussed. Everything was clean and both my pedicure and gel manicure were nothing short of amazing. I was very impressed with how quickly they worked without sacrificing a quality job! Super happy!

I have never left a review for something in my lifetime. But yesterday I had to hold in tears as my technician did my nails. I am not sure what her name was, she did not introduce herself or speak to me at all besides when I had to talk to her about fixing the design. It is not often I go to get my nails done and I had made sure ahead of time she could do the design I wanted BEFORE we started. Without hesitation she cut them far shorter than I wanted, this is would not usually get under my skin but I have never had a set this short. The process after that was fine up until the design portion. It was obvious my technician was not confident in her skill to draw my design. She was flustered, rushing, and redid certain things laughing nervously as she held it up for me to see. The nails themselves look okay from afar, but it’s not at all what I asked for and certainly not what I wanted. The design was a fairly simple one.

I decided to revise my last review because I am in complete aww with how professional and kind Tina the owner is. She deserves 5 stars. As soon as she realized that I was unhappy she personally reached out to me and offered to fix my nails. It had not even been a day and she was ready and waiting for me to fix everything I was unhappy with. Once I came in she was so sweet and made sure I was happy with what she was doing and also gave me suggestions that would make my nails look even better. I am so happy with the way my nails looks. And more happy with the level of Care Tina has for her clients and business. She is truly a hard worker striving to give her clients the best. I appreciate her and she has won a client for life! Thank you again

I took my best friend here for manicure and pedicures for her birthday. We had such an overwhelmingly positive experience, Lin took very good care of my bestie, and helped her feel like a queen. Everyone who helped us was very kind and friendly.
