Let me begin by saying I have been coming here for 6 years for manicures, and 10+ for pedicures. I have NEVER had an experience at ANY salon like I did today. Yesterday, I came in for an acrylic refill. I was told I would need a new set, even though I only had 2 refills since the last new set: so an unexpected expense right off the bat. I tell the woman I’d like square oval, and accompanied it with a picture. Not only are my nails completely square and NOT oval, she made my thumb nail (which does not grow normally as my other nails do) the same length as my PINKY NAIL. Between the wrong shape and the short cut, I had a sideways rectangle for a nail. When I came in to fix it, she told me it was MY fault because I said I wanted the nails to be my natural length. Then, instead of correcting the problem for free, she tells me it will be $7 to correct HER MISTAKE ?! In what world would you allow a customer to leave with their thumb being the shortest nail on the hand? No common sense. To make matters worse, she told my mother (a customer for 15 years) and I that next time we should “go somewhere else” and fought back ruthlessly claiming it was not her fault, but mine. She was extremely rude and unprofessional for refusing to fix her own error and copped a major attitude with us when we said we refused to pay $7 to fix 2 nails. (I paid 40 for the new set, tipped 10) $57 for nails is UNACCEPTABLE. I will never set foot in here again, they are losing customers left and right because nobody I know will use their services anymore because of their sh*tty work and HORRIBLE attitude. It’s unfortunate the owner wasn’t there at the time because I wish he witnessed her unprofessional and unacceptable customer service skills. Believe every negative review you’ve read, because to my knowledge a lot of the stuff they are claiming is true! Go to Top Style in Clifton or Anthony’s place up the street (The other sexy nails) if you want to be happy with what you paid for.

Alex is amazing been going there since 2013 . He’s great he already knows how I like my nails & he does a great job

I love May's work ...very quick and efficient..I've been coming here for about a year now and I've never had a bad job done.is always busy so is best to make an appointment.

they are very very nice and always take me right away. I've been going for about two years and the work is consistent. the only reason I don't give a 5 stars is because I dont really like how thick the acrylic nails are but overall it looks really nice. my nails never break or chip.
