I have used this place many times before but over the past year they have significantly declined in quality and service. I don’t mind paying good money for good service and a quality product, but in no way is care and effort a priority at this salon any longer. My daughter and I went and both had manicures on a Friday afternoon. Her nails (acrylic tips and gel color) started falling off by Tuesday and by the next Tuesday all but one has came off on one hand. I had mine dipped which one thumb had a crack down it by Wednesday and although I babied it and everything else, it chipped off by the next Tuesday. Both of our nails were needing to be redone within 11 days. Now please keep in mind, we simply type for work and these were very short nails. I have never had less than 3 coats on my nails, this time she only did it twice and filed the tip of my ring finger open. They was using the drill and cut open my daughter’s cuticle. So we both left there bleeding. I watched afterwards to see what was the drastic hurry... let me tell you they had that cell phone snatched up faster than their butt could get up out of that chair! If you want to text friends, do that on your own time, not on my dime. I said nothing, paid a higher price than normal, and tipped 15.00 for each of us. I didn’t want to write a review until I seen how the nails would hold up because I thought heck maybe they used something different that didn’t require as much time or effort and maybe we just have really thin skin. But for the price it costs, I would like for them to last at least 14 days/2 weeks. I also do not have the time to constantly go back up there for them to fix everything when if they would have simply done it right the first time, I wouldn’t have an issue. Like I said at the beginning, I used to love this place and the techs, but apparently their phones are more important so I hope their phones can pay their bills because I no longer will be supplying money to them.

they did a great job but said nails would be a certain price and when it came time to pay they added $20 onto the nails

Nice workers but my nails was disappointing and I did tell my worker what was wrong but still very little correction maybe I will give someone ELSE a chance to do them😔
