This is an up-and-coming booming neighborhood they have a brewery right when you turn into the main entry that I have yet to visit but I will hopefully soon. I hope Midtown themselves with just give me a personal invite and give me two complementary beers that would be even better. I installed a window on one of the properties here due to a hail storm. But driving through the neighborhood it's pretty pop'n right now

I've also owned several businesses and I know that you don't truly know how good a company is until things go wrong. It's only then when a company will truly show you their values. In construction, something will ALWAYS go wrong.
We don't have any major issues with our new DW home. We've had small items that need to be addressed. We just let DW know and they accommodate IMMEDIATELY!
Paulette Mills and Scott Harkins have been nothing short of amazing to work with. I can get frustrated easily, even over minor things. I think it's because I've come to expect companies to try to get out of fixing things. When Paulette and Scott say "no problem" it actually cathes me off guard and I honestly feel a little silly.
I can't speak for all of DW but DW in midtown is amazing and I've heard absolute horror stories regarding the one other builder in Midtown. You cannot lose with DW in Midtown. It's construction...they'll miss some things but theyll address and they'll do it quickly.

Their community garden is huge. Nice meeting space fo community groups as well. Next to the brewery.
