I finally have a go to nail place. I just love the atmosphere and there are so many color options! I just can’t say enough good things about Orchid Nails.

I suggested to my teen daughter that she have her nails done here because I previously had a great experience. She had her nails done here on Friday - 3 days ago. On SATURDAY, a tip popped off, not even 24 hours. The paint job is horrible and the shape of the nails is far too wide for the "natural" look she requested. We had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. I was embarrassed that I suggested this place. She was so excited but her experience here left us both very disappointed. What a waste of money. Also, the acrylic they use here causes our nails to burn, I've never had that happen before.

I felt as if my nails were rushed. They are not even and not the way that I wanted them to be. They charged me extra for my nails because I wanted glitter on two nails. Also I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails and length as I’m paying $45 for my nails. I said I wanted them long and even show her where to cut the length on one of my nails and this lady gone cut my nails so much shorter than what I had just showed her. I told her no I wanted them long and she got an attitude. If I’m paying you to do my nails and paying extra money I expect you to do them like I had showed and told you. Never going back again. So frustrating. Wasted my money on horrible nails
My nails are not even coffin shape. They are all different shapes

Went on recommendation of a co-worker and I must say got a decent service. Really like my nails! Pricey but satisfied.

Anthony, Tina and the other nail technicians are absolutely wonderful. The somewhat new manager is incredibly unprofessional and rude to longtime customers (spending $175 per month) that frequented the shop prior to him becoming the manager. He does not appreciate appointments and allows walk in customers to go before clients with appointments. Then after waiting for an hour, when you ask how much longer it will be, he rudely addresses you and demands your patience and understanding. Poorly run shop with lots of potential! Keep the technicians and find a new manager!
